All Russian universities have been excluded from the Bologna Process, Deputy Science and Higher Education Minister Dmitry Afanasyev told the upper house of parliament on Monday.
“The Bologna Follow-up Group on April 11 announced a decision to terminate Russia and Belarus’s representation in all the structures of the Bologna Process,” Afanasyev said at a meeting of the Federation Council’s committee on science, education and culture.
