A group of Azerbaijani firefighters has arrived in Turkey, APA reports.
The first group of firefighters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) sent to support the brotherly country in the process of extinguishing forest fires in Turkey is currently in Dalaman, Turkey.
Deputy Chief of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Rza Khudiyev said that the number of personnel sent to Turkey is 100 people.
Yesterday, President Ilham Aliyev instructed to send Azerbaijani firefighters to Turkey.
