Defense Minister Hulusi Akar announced on Monday that the defense ministers and intelligence chiefs of Turkey, Syria, Russia, and Iran will meet on Tuesday in Moscow as Ankara and Damascus move gradually toward more collaboration.
Our goal is to negotiate a solution to the issues at hand and to ensure that the region has peace and serenity as soon as possible, according to Akar.
He reiterated that on December 28, the military ministers and intelligence chiefs of Turkey, Russia, and Syria met and decided that future gatherings of this kind should take place.
