The EBRD has approved an extension of a €100 million financing contract for the construction and repair of more than 85 km of roads in Moldova, Report informs.
The amounts allocated for each individual road will be included in the amendment to the financing agreement, which should be signed as soon as possible, Moldova Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Andrei Spinu said.
He said the authorities will repair the section of the R14 road, Soroca – Arionesti, total 31 km, and the section of the R8.1 road from Arionesti to Otaci, only 9.4 km.
