Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and his Ukrainian counterpart Oleksii Reznikov had a telephone conversation, Report informs, citing the Turkish National Defense Ministry.
During the telephone conversation, Akar stressed the importance of an immediate ceasefire, the urgency of evacuating Turkish citizens by land and sea, and discussed the security of Turkish merchant ships waiting in Ukrainian ports, as well as their delivery to Turkey.
