“The European Union (EU) has provided 1.8 billion euros in financial assistance to African countries to fight famine, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrel, said, Report informs, citing RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, the war in Ukraine has destabilized the world: “For this reason, millions of tons of grain are blocked in Ukrainian seaports.”
