“The Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov will hold a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken at a time of heightened tensions between their countries over Ukraine,” the Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, APA‘s Moscow correspondent reports.
“A face-to-face meeting is not planned. Lavrov and Blinken will have a telephone conversation on February 1.”
