Meeting between US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian FM Sergey Lavrov has kicked off in Stockholm on the sidelines of the 28th ministerial meeting of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
Before the meeting, Lavrov and Blinken made a protocol statement for the press and informed them about the issues to be discussed.
