Germany has provided 100 million euros in emergency financial aid to international organizations to help Afghan refugees living in countries neighboring Afghanistan, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said in a press conference, Report informs.
According to him, Berlin is holding talks with Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and India.
