Two warships belonging to the Iranian Naval Force arrived in the capital of the Azerbaijan Republic on Sunday.
The missile launcher ships, named Joshan and Peikan, arrived in Baku to take part in the Sea Cup competitions. That’s according to Azerbaijani media citing the country’s Defense Ministry.
The Ministry said that the Iranian warships are in Azerbaijan to participate in the competition which is held within the framework of the International Army Games 2022.
The last year edition of the international competition was hosted by Iran’s northern port city of Anzali.
