Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen arrived on Thursday morning in Kiev, where he planned to meet with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and Ukrainian top diplomat Dmitry Kuleba.
“I have now arrived in Kiev on the first visit of an Israeli minister to Ukraine since the beginning of the war. I will meet with President Zelensky and Foreign Minister Kuleba, I will reopen the Israeli embassy in Kiev, which will fully resume its regular activities, and I will visit Bucha and Babi Yar,” Cohen wrote on his Twitter page.
