Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a phone talk with Russian President Vladimir Putin, APA reports citing Turkiye’s NTV channel.
During the phone talk, Erdogan suggested holding a tripartite meeting of Turkish, Russian, and Syrian leaders, and prior to this proposed to hold meetings of heads of defense ministries, foreign affairs ministries, and intelligence services.
