Turkish National Defense Minister Yasar Guler and his Romanian counterpart Angel Tilvar on Friday signed a bilateral military framework agreement at a ceremony in the Turkish capital Ankara.
Guler welcomed his visiting counterpart with a military reception at the National Defense Ministry,
After the reception, the two defense chiefs first held a one-on-one meeting and then presided over inter-delegation discussions.
