Tajikistan joined its Central Asian neighbors in acquiring the Turkey-made Bayraktar TB2 unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV), reportedly becoming the latest purchaser of the world-famed drone amid its border disputes with neighboring Kyrgyzstan, which also owns the very same UCAV.
Several Turkish media outlets reported the news of Tajikistan buying the UCAVs produced by Turkey’s drone magnate Baykar that are already in the inventories of more than 10 countries.
