The Russian Defense Ministry has issued a statement on the tense situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, APA‘s Moscow correspondent reports.
The Russian Defense Ministry said that after the talks between Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and his Azerbaijani and Armenian counterparts the armed clashes in the Kilisali Mountains region stopped and the situation normalized.
