Work has begun to establish an Azerbaijani-Turkish joint university. The establishment of a higher education institution with the consent of the two brotherly countries requires serious efforts, said Chairman of the Council of Higher Education of Turkey Erol Ozvar, Report informs.
He noted that this issue would take some time: “We will try to resolve this issue shortly. We plan to open a university in Azerbaijan and will establish cooperation with the most famous universities in Turkey. This is a first. Maybe there is such a fact in the world practice, but I am unaware. We will build this higher education institution with a new model.”
