Russia and Turkey will develop alternatives to the Russian payment system “Mir”, Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan instructed the ministers today, A Haber TV channel reports.
It is reported that Erdoğan will hold discussions on this topic in the coming hours. The Turkish President said that he could decide on the further use of the Russian “Mir” card in the country on Friday.
“The ministers were instructed to develop alternatives to the “Mir” payment system with Moscow. Negotiations with the Russian side were conducted by the relevant departments, in particular, by the ministers themselves. In the coming hours, Erdoğan will hold discussions on this topic”, the TV channel reports.
