Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has held a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, according to the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, APA’s Turkey bureau reports.
It has been noted that during the phone conversation, the ministers discussed bilateral relations and some regional issues.
