Ship traffic resumed in the Bosphorus Strait after a tanker accident

The ship traffic resumed in the Bosphorus Strait. According to the Turkish Coast Guard’s message, it had previously been suspended due to a tanker accident, RIA Novosti writes .

Traffic was suspended earlier on Tuesday,the tanker Usichem carrying sunflower oil broke down in the Bosphorus.

“This tanker has been towed to a safe place, movement across the Bosphorus has resumed”, the Coast Guard Department explained.
