Turkish authorities expect that Russian President Vladimir Putin might visit the republic on February 12, the Türkiye newspaper reported, citing its sources.
The newspaper provided no additional details regarding the Russian leader’s visit.
Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the precise timeline for Putin’s visit to Turkey has not been set yet, and being negotiated via diplomatic channels.
“We will make announcements as soon as the dates are set,” Peskov said.
