Vestnik Kavkaza – President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov today held a phone conversation with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, AKIPress reports.
The Presidents discussed relevant aspects of bilateral and regional cooperation, including the recent events on the border between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, the president’s press service reported.
The sides expressed satisfaction over normalization of the situation on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border due to joint efforts.
The Presidents reaffirmed commitment to solution of all regional issues via a constructive dialogue for the purpose of strengthening of friendly and good neighborly relations between the countries.
