Azerbaycan24 – The Constitutional Court of Moldova has allowed President Maia Sandu to dissolve the parliament, which twice did not approve the government, the President of the Constitutional Court Domnica Manole said following the meeting, which considered the request of the Moldovan head of state about the possibility of holding early elections, Report informs.
“The Constitutional Court has decided that there can be relevant circumstances for the dissolution of parliament,” Manole said.
